Origami Maple Leaf

So the college that I attend has an origami club. I have only been able to make it to two of their meetings so far, but of those two meetings, the stuff we have made has been great! This is the thing we made today.

Most of the other people in the club know how to make their own custom paper. This model was made with such paper. The paper is made from two sheets of tissue paper (orange and red) glued together. I don't know the exact size of the paper, but it looked to be about 8 x 8 inches.
